I came in to Shane Co to upgrade my ring after 14 years. I ended up ordering a halo style ring. When I came in to see it and give my existing diamond to have it mounted, we realized the halo was too big for my diamond. Jose was so helpful in helping me find what I needed and walking me through the whole process. He immediately measured my diamond to help me find what would look best. He checked in with me each step of the way and made sure I would be happy with my purchase. I am very indecisive but also very picky (annoyingly so) and he was able to work with me to get me exactly what I was picturing. I’m thankful he was there when I came to see the halo or ‘pick up day’ would have been disappointing. Way to serve Jose! Thank you

We had an incredible experience being assisted by Kim today. We came in just wanting to “browse” but she was so sweet, knowledgeable and professional that we ended up saying yes to a new ring. Her customer service is superb. She went above and beyond by offering to show us ring combinations that we didn’t know we needed/wanted. Thank you!

I can’t say enough positive things about this Shane Co location. My engagement ring is super dainty, which results in constant repairs. My (now) husband and I pay absolutely $0 for each repair. On top of regular visits for cleaning, we’ve made wonderful relationships with staff as well. Joseph, Anthony, Dempsey, Brian, Norm, plus so much more. We appreciate you all greatly!

Every single experience I’ve had at Shane Co. has been incredible. They’re always so helpful and there’s never any pressure. I came to get earrings cleaned and inspected, and they even offered to clean my other jewelry that I bought from another store. Today while I was waiting for my earrings to be cleaned, I wanted to take a look at a ring that I’ve seen online, that might end up being my engagement ring. Christina took a lot of time showing me the ring I wanted, a slightly larger ring of the same style because I was on the fence about size, and multiple options for wedding bands. She made the entire experience incredible and so much fun. We will definitely be back for all of our jewelry needs!

We always have a great experience at ShaneCo Roseville, but had an especially wonderful time utilizing their trade in program for a stone upgrade! Mack helped us on our first visit there - we didn’t find a diamond that quite fit the bill, so he researched and transferred an amazing diamond from another location. He was on vacation when the stone came in, so Joseph helped us compare, ensure the shop was comfortable with the work, and finalize the upgrade. Both men were kind, encouraging and a pleasure to work with. As always, we’ll be back!

Absolutely LOVE this place! This was my 4th purchase from them and the experience was once again, exceptional! No pressure sales people. They listen, kindly help you, and direct you towards what you are looking for. Specifically, Christina who helped me put together my dream engagement ring for the woman I will soon marry. Then, once I picked up the ring Feebe came over to congratulate me on the ring saying how beautiful it truly was. She helped me with any questions I had about any possible finishing touches. My fiance and I went to look for our wedding bands and we were warmly greeted by Tamim . He was very receptive and spot on with showing us different options based off of inspo photos. Tamim is very personable, patient, and never made us feel pressure to purchase. He also gave us good insight and advice which helped us narrow down exactly what we were looking for. After our experience with him we regretted not purchasing my engagement ring with him initially. He made the experience seamless, pleasant and memorable.
